Basma Faramawy, is a bi-lingual journalist, translator, and the founder of B Beauty Arabia; an award-winning online guide dedicated to all things beauty in the Middle East. With 15 years of insider experience under her belt, Basma's work has been published in titles such as Vogue Arabia, Hia Magazine, Style.com, SavoirFlair.com, Zahrat Al Khaleej Magazine, and Sorbet. She writes in both Arabic and English with equal fluency and has worked on large-scale translation projects, Arabizing local and global e-commerce platforms such as Net-A-Porter and Mall of the Emirates, and written UX copy in both languages. In addition to her editorial experience, she is also a certified makeup artist with additional certification in skincare therapy and cosmetic science.
